Way to Check on What You Owe
Is there a link to a place on Logos where I can check to see how much I still owe on my monthly payment plan? I cannot find one if it exists. If it does not, I really wish this was on the My Account page.

Hi Kevin,
This only works (from my understanding) if you don't have multiple purchases on payment plan. If I recall correctly, someone else had multiple things combined and it did not work this way. For example, let us say that you bought the BDAG/HALOT on payment plan last month and then this month you bought Scholar's on payment plan,Logos combines these two purchases and you can not tell how much you owe on either individual purchase.
If you go to tour account and click on "Order History" this will bring up all of the orders you have placed through Logos.
Find the order number of what you have on a payment plan and click on it
When the next page shows up you can see the payment plan on the right side
I was blessed with some extra income and was able to pay this off early. Logos was very kind and simply took the $5 service charge off of all of the future payments.

Thanks. I just went ahead and called them anyway. But thanks for the help. BTW I was able to click on the three individual things I bought at around the same time and each one showed up with individual amounts and they all added up to about what I pay each month.

I have a couple at the moment and Logos has not combined them. I get the e-mail each month for the separate payments when they are processed. Maybe you can call customer service and get them combined.

Anyone know if its possible to pay off a resource early instead of going through the whole payment plan period?

Greg, yes it is. Simply call & speak with Logos' billing department & they'll be glad to assist you in paying it off early.
Last year I remember upgrading to Scholar's Gold on a 12 month payment plan, but ended up with the money to pay it off a month later, so I called them and paid off the balance (and they even take off the $5 fee for any remaining months)
