(Bug) Passage Guide Tab

Hello,
Hope your day is going well. Being a software analyst myself I know how bugs go.

When I type in a scripture for the second time in the Passage Guide (i.e. Acts
28:6 or Revelation 15) the application will consistently freeze. Symptoms include:
1) No CPU is being used by
Logos 4
2)
The mouse pointer is hidden on Logos4 window only; can see it on start menu
3)
Windows Vista indicates Logos4 is not responding.
4)
All other applications running on Windows desktop function
normally during the event.
5)
Only way to break out of it is by ending the task in Task
Manager. I then obviously lose my point in the application and screen layout.
6) No exception is thrown that I see.

Welcome to the Community, Eric
Freezing is fairly common with L4 so tell us about your computer and Library.
Does this happen with a customised Passage Guide?

Thanks for the welcome Dave. I do not believe the
window is customized: I’ve only been
using the software for a couple days. I simply
open up the Passage Guide and type in Revelation 15 and a bunch of progress
bars appear. I do not remember if all
the sections load, but I then will enter in Acts 28:6 and the application
freezes. I can give a more accurate step-by-step when I have Logos4 in front of me.Hope this helps,
Eric

Also, don't forget to tell us about your computer and Library.

Hello Eric,
After updating to the latest version, 4.1 SR-3, released yesterday, does this problem still occur?
Thanks,

Hello Dave and Melissa,
Thank you for your assistance. Sorry it has taken a while to return feedback. With or without the customized Guide, I do not see the issue recurring. Looks like 4.1 SR-3 took care of the issue.
Thanks!
Eric
