Does someone know what this latest update entails? Is it new features or bug fixes. It arived today. I am on the Beta channel for updates.

Service Releases (SR) are just bugfixes. They haven't posted the list of them yet, but it's been promised. See: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/24055.aspx
They have generally always included the list of bugs fixed, features added, etc., in the release notes. The release notes for 4.1 SR-3 (4.10.4.5986) is here: http://wiki.logos.com/Logos_4.1_SR-3.
It lists only a single bug fix:
Fixed bug that prevented syncing of checked Reading Lists in Logos 4.1 on Windows and 4.0 on Mac. This fix ensures that 4.1 Windows loads all of the Mac data as well as data from earlier Windows versions.
