BUG L4.0a Saving Layout

When I go to save an existing layout, when I right mouse click on the layout I want to replace it is no longer highlighted. I don't know if I am accidentally updating the wrong layout. The screenshot would not show this as it cancelled the context menu before saving, but the directions should be clear enough.
