I am having a problem downloading the updates for Logos. Customer Care has directed me to my page to download the updates. I have logged in, but can't find the link to download the updates. PLEASE HELP.
Welcome to the Forums Mark. Follow this link, http://www.logos.com/mac/support/reinstall and go to the section that says reinstalling, and click on the work "here" under step 1.
Have you previously installed L4 Mac? If so, updates should download automatically when you open the application and log in.
If you have never installed the application, the advice Lyden gave you will work. You can also go to the Order History tab of the "My Account" webpage. Locate your order for L4 and click on the Order #. You will then have a link to download the engine (You can even download the Windows version there).
If this is not clear, just ask, and I will make another attempt at clarity.
BTW, Welcome to L4 Mac and the forums. Ask any Logos related question and someone somewhere in the world will be awake to answer within a short time.

My situation is this: since yesterday, I open L4 Mac (which has been working perfectly since I bought it about 6 weeks ago) and it opens the main window, the top bar with the suggested books etc, then the wheel just spins in the middle of the page. After a minute or so, Logos crashes and I get the "Logos has closed" message. I emailed logos support and they suggested I download the update. I have very limited internet access on my mac so want to download the file from another pc... how do I go about that?
