4.2 beta 1 - Reading view, two columns with NO NAVIGATION buttons and/or tap zones

I have updated to 4.2 beta 1 (4.20.4.6028) recently and hurray, the Reading View (F11) now has two columns as was promised!

But
unfortunately, I don't see and Kindle-like buttons to navigate forwards
and/or backwards.  They would be very helpful for reading with a mouse,
or on a Tablet PC (multitouch) like I am doing.

Please add these two buttons which would emulate PgUp / PgDn for the Reading View.
