Reproducable Fatal Crash on opening Layout

I have 4.2 Beta 1 and keep getting a fatal crash upon opening one of my layouts. I've attached the log file (hopefully it worked).

There isn't any crash data in the log file. If you recreate that layout, does the crash still occur?0

Here is another log file. It also crashes when I load a snapshot of similar version of the layout. I don't know for sure what all is in the layout. I will try and recreate it and see what happens.0 -
I reproduce the layout as much as possible. it didn't crash on loading, but it did crash upon paging through one of the resources:
The First Hebrew Primer.
Here is the logfile again in case it shows anything:
file:///C:/Users/wdl/Documents/Logos%20Log%20Files/Logos4.log

Melissa,
The problem is definitely with the resource "First Hebrew Primer". I haven't had problems with other resources. Both in paged view and normal view, and in floating and docked, i can easily get a crash just hitting page up or down around a dozen times.

Please attach the file Logos4Crash.txt from \Logos Log Files after L4 crashes.

For some reason this crash does not generate a new logos crash file. I've crashed it dozens of times doing this, and my Logos4crash.txt file is weeks old.

I am able to reproduce the crash with this book and will report it to development. Thanks.
(It doesn't generate a crash log for me, either.)

I also had a similar crash with the First Hebrew Primer that did not generate a crash test.
It is also harder to view this book in "Pages" view due to the way "tables" are rendered. ie the tables do not "scroll, rather they "leap"
