installation of new purchase

I recently purchased the Collegeville Catholic Reference Library: Full Edition, Version 3 on CD however I can't seem to unlock it.  I would really appreciate some help.  I have Logos 4

    Did you buy this and receive a disk or was it supposed to be a download? If you received discs, this thread may help you out: http://community.logos.com/forums/p/11060/180339.aspx#180339

    If you purchased a download, sometimes it may take a while for Logos 4 to download it. You can try "update now" (no quotes) in the command bar.

    Edit: I would think that if you call sales with your serial number, they will be able to unlock it for you in Logos 4 to enable the download.

    Thank you Rick. I received a disk so I will try the thread or try calling sales. I will have to work out the time difference before I call as I am in Australia. I am so eager to have a look  at my new resources.
