Can I have my Logos 4 account on two macbooks?

Hi ,

I have accessed my account on my second macbook and downloaded the software to the new laptop, however though the file has been downloaded, it wont open ? Any help would be greatly appreciated for this Logos4 and macbook neewbie!!

Logos is having technical difficulties. Hopefully things will return to normal soon. The problem is not on your end.
