When you select multiple resources in the Library the information panel changes to the panel below. I am not familiar with "user titles". Where are the "user titles" set?
You can edit the title of a book (click the pencil next to the title). I presume that this button would undo any such edits.
Kevin is correct. You can change the name of the title to any book in your library and that clear user titles button will remove any titles you have created and return the original title back to the book.
