Why don't all my Bibles show notes from other books?

My primary bible where I do the majority of my study is the HCSB. I have tons of notes and highlights throughout it's scriptures.

I have been working with some new believers that prefer the Common English Bible (CEB) in their studies. I've noticed that any highlights I make in my CEB, show up, but none of the notes/highlights I make in my HCSB cross over.

I have the Pro version software and if I navigate to the 'Notes' tab, select 'Show notes and highlights', I do not have the option to select "From other books…". Am I missing a step somewhere?

No, @Victor Morrison , you're looking in the right place. The issue is that such functionality only works with a common layer of underlying data, specificalle the Reverse Interlinear - and CEB currently has no Reverse Interlinear. Maybe the New Living Translation would be an option?
