Why are my panels no longer fitting my screen?

I try to load an old panel layout and it's not in proportion. I wonder if the latest update has a bug in it . . .

    Judging from the title not centering, the assumed window seems to be considerably wider.

    Have you tried resizing it by hand and saving this new layout?

    Try pressing Command and tapping - as you may have accidentally increased you screen size
