Logos4 in my 2nd laptop at home

I currently have Logos4 in my netbook which i use for school along with the Libronix library. I have a laptop at home,and have been trying to install Logos4 with no success using the CD provided. When I go to the dvd-ram drive extension, the logos4 cd does not appear. Am I missing a step or could it be a hardware issue. Thoughts, ideas, suggestions? Please help, anyone?

Disregard this call for help, tried an external cd drive and it works. Laptop cd drive was not reading it. Thanks.

Looks like a hardware issue, although it could be a media issue. Are you sure you have a DVD drive in your laptop? Can you read other data DVD's on this laptop? Can the DVD ROM be read by another computer?

If you are not subject to data download caps, and have the time, you could install directly from the WEB by going to Logos.com, signing in with your Logos user ID and going to your order history, finding your Logos4 order and installing from there.
