Freebookpreview showing on purchase

I recently bought the What Jesus Demands from the World book on my iPhone and now whenever I open it up I get the FreeBookPreview.com header on every page, despite deleting and redownloading (or even just viewing). Will this advertising go away, hopefully?

If you have purchased this, you shouldn't have any problems with it. FreeBookPreview.com is highlighting What Jesus Demands From the World. This header should disappear as soon as the promotion ends.
