Hi everyone,

Iam experiencing a black screen issue with Logos Bible Software. Whenever I open the software, the screen goes completely black, but it seems like the application is running in the background as I can hear system notifications. https://blackscreen.onl/

Iam using Windows 11 and have already tried restarting my computer, updating my graphics drivers, and reinstalling Logos, but nothing has worked so far.

Has anyone else faced this issue? Any advice or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated.

Please check in Logos Program Settings - there is a setting near the bottom called Enable Hardware Acceleration. Please ensure this is set to Yes and try starting / using Logos again.

If that doesn't work, please let us know the type of video card you have
