Use Bell notification. Brings me to August 20, not today's latest message

I click the Bell. I should be brought to today's new message on page 24.

I was brought to August 20,, page 6 message.

Same situation happened twice yesterday on this same string.

Identical happenstance on another long string yesterday.

It took me to page 2 in 2015.
