Yeah, I haven't seen it demand tagging from the Home Page posts (but it may have changed since the last time I started a thread, as there are ongoing tweaks and updates - it didn't require tagging or category selection when I just saved a draft)

The community platform’s “New Post Templates” only prompt tag selection when creating a new post in a specific forum. It doesn’t require tagging. The new post template isn’t activated if a post is created from the homepage.
