The reason this isn't working for - I think - is because you don't have a license for that particular video, as indicated by the padlock item on the right of the entry.
When I click it, it does work because I have bought that particular Mobile Ed course. Although it still displays a padlock item for me which is rather strange. I assume the Help Center shouldn't show links to resources for which we don't have a license but someone from Logos would need to advise on that.
If you scroll down further in the list you should get to a link to a support video which you should be able to access. It was recorded using an earlier version of Logos but it's information is still relevant and helpful (it is just that it hasn't been updated to show the latest UI changes)

Hi Graham
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I never received a notification of a response (blaming the notification system of the new forum 😊!
Completely understand the 'ownership' issue. What confused me was what @Mark Barnes (Logos) announced in the "What's New in Logos" December Launch Video. He noted that these videos in the Help Section that are ordinarily locked should now be accessible despite not owning them. See 20:00-21:12 of the video:
Mark, can you clarify please. Thanks, Graham, for taking the time to respond.

Thanks for the link to the video - I hadn't watched it.
Interesting to see the change in Help Centre - I'll be interested to see any clarification on this as well!

Help Center is currently quite consistent in providing free access to articles, where they exist, as long as one clicks on the link above the video.

Ha ha, well done @Aaron Hamilton! I had been clicking the video itself instead of the heading!
The videos themselves are still not working. @Mark Barnes (Logos) can you confirm, as per your video announcement this month, that these should be working?

Hey, Logos or Mark, a quick update on this would be much appreciated.
