Confused about note options

In another thread I think I saw where we are limited in L4 with the number of notes we can have. In my Precept Ministry study we study the books of the bible and I would like to have notes in all the books we study. Is this going to be possible?

I could be wrong here because I did not see the threads you were referring to. However I believe you can have an unlimited number of note files, but that each file is limited to somewhere around 2,000 notes.

If I am correct as to the thread you are referring to, Bob was making the point that in L3 one had to make lots of small files of notes. In L4, the limitations were gone and we could place hundreds of notes into a single file. While several of us on the forums, including myself, would say that large note files have poor performance - the fact is you can have as many files and notes as you feel like so if you want one file per book go ahead. Bob might shake his head trying to figure out why you would want to, but I shake my head at some of Bob's assumptions about how I use Logos. No offense intend Bob ... it's just that your mind can't work like 100,000 users trying to outwit the system. [Okay my estimate of the percentage of users trying to be the system has absolutely no logical basis.[:O]]
