Printing problems with 4.1

I can not print to my HP LaserJet 1022.  When I hit the print button, I get a quick response with a printer icon but there is nothing there to print and nothing has been printed.  I downloaded the latest HP drivers to make sure that it wasn't that and I can "export" my pages to a clipboard and paste them into a document for printing or "save as a file" (successfully tried RTF and XPS) but the extra steps are annoying.   Any ideas ???

    If you can print a document outside of L4 then I would check the print settings in the Print/Export window:-

    • Margins - not too narrow for the printer
    • Paper size eg. Letter/A4

    If these are OK can you access the printer Properties...?

    If there are still problems I would contact Technical Support.
