Is there a way to constrain a Bible word search to sentence, clause, paragraph?

In the snapshot below I have the match within menu open and it looks like there are only two options to constrain your search down to - Verse and Chapter.

In Accordance I am able to constrain the search to within a paragraph, clause or sentence. This can come in pretty handy when you are trying to find a passage that you know a few key words for but those words span over the sentence or clause. And that sentence or clause may be several verses.

Is there another way in Logos that a sentence or clause search can be accomplished?

Would the "Fuzzy" search option be what you are looking for? This is for when the particular reference is a bit … fuzzy.

Yes - and it is a powerful feature, but not particularly straightforward to use. The Syntax Search can constrain a search to a Clause or a Sentenct

It works against specifically tagged texts and there is some information about this at https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017808131-Greek-Syntax-Search (and elsewhere)

    Thank you for the responses!

Graham, I’ll take a look and see if I can figure it out. That help page you sent looks like a great resource.

For grammatical and semantic roles within clauses you can also use the Clause search.
