Logos not opening after Windows 11 Update

Hi,
I click on the app, the loading splash screen comes up, then the app looks like it opens, but then crashes. I've restarted 3x and tried opening it 3-5x each. Attached are my logs. Please advise. Thank you!

@Aaron Woods have you tried holding down the CTRL key when opening the program? If not, I would try that - it will open the program to a "blank" layout.

@Aaron Woods - there was a problem in beta testing Logos 38 that required a repair of Logos.
Your situation seems different but running the repair procedure wouldn't harm - although it might not change anything.

@Frank Sauer Thanks! I tried this with the same result. Crashes in 5 seconds or so without loading the home screen.

Would uninstalling and reinstalling be the next step?

Yes, I would consider uninstalling and reinstalling to be the next step. Please report if this resolves the issue for you.

I have had an issue with the read aloud and pronunciation tool.. 3.5 hours I spent on the phone with support while they used remote asst. on my computer to no avail. I ended up having to reformat my PC… losing everything

Yup. They said it would fix after that, it did. Asked for some type of reimbursement and no reply.

Called customer service and after 37:20 the problem seems to be resolved. I did not need to reinstall it as we thought @Aaron Hamilton. The level 2 tech rep said there was a syncing issue with notes (which I don't think I use). So he was able to fix it through remoting in in about 5-10 min.
I was worried it would take longer. It did not for me this time. Thanks, all!
