Christmas coupon and payment plans

Since payment plans (PPlans) include some heavy interest, couldn't Logos allow its coupons (like the Christmas one) to be used on PPlans? Some of the requirements are expensive by themselves (minimum of 200 etc), especially if your currency is very devalued compared to the Dollar (my case, sadly). Besides, Christmas may be an opportunity to spend a little more if (and only if) PPlans are available.
Maybe Logos could revise that policy. Seems counterproductive with all the interest already included on monthly payments. It certainly pays for the coupon in the long run.

It’s only $5.99 per month regardless of the amount you owe and that’s a processing fee not interest. Someone has to maintain that is not free.
