[bug] Changing the tag on a forum post deletes the post

When I tried editing one of my posts to add a new tag, the post was deleted and I got this error message:

Forum - change tag - Bug.png

As far as I can tell, the post — which I spent 20 minutes writing — is permanently gone. 😫
