I know how to hide certain highlighting notebooks on the mac app, but I have not been able to find a similar option in the iPad app. Is this possible?
No - there is only a top-level toggle allowing us to turn notes and highlights On or Off - but we can’t control it at the notebook level.

That is the only solution at the moment but I’d wait until the next release of the app!

Is it possible to change the default color for Bible reference links? Maybe it's because I'm getting old but sometimes I have a hard time in dark mode because my eyes want to keep jumping to the blue text. I wouldn't mind having the option to change that to a different color so it doesn't stick out so much to me.
