New Worship Group

I am an American living in Germany. My wife and I have lived overseas since 2009 and have worked with many small worship groups in the "Primitive Christianity," church of Christ, non-denominational world of New Testament Christianity. I have noticed a BIG shift, especially in Americans living overseas, since COVID. Many people would rather worship online than in person.

My Question: Any advice on how to create an online site for Bible Study materials? Would a public facing site be possible with Logos materials? I am a bit of a luddite with technology.
