Bug?:Bible Word Study on a Hebrew Word - Septuagint Translation Ring

If I run a Bible Word Study on a Septuagint Word (Right Click a word from Logos LXX) I get a translation ring for the Septuagint where a Greek Lexeme is in the middle surrounded by the Lexemes of the Hebrew Masoretic Text that were aligned to the LXX Septuagint in the Lexham Greek-Hebrew Interlinear. So what I get is this:
This is quite useful: A lexeme in LXX is compared to lexemes in MT
If I open the BWS from Andersen Forbes and choose ESV as the translation I get basically the same thing:
Note that the Lexeme דרך is compared to different Lexemes: passage, way etc. but not to inflected forms (this is more conspicuous in verbs where you don't see different inflected forms in the ring like: go, going, gone etc.)
Now when I change the ESV ring to the Septuagint I get this:
The same Lexeme appears numerous times in different inflected forms taking a different colour each time. If that isn't enough the inflected form is doubled: It appears once with an acute accent (ὁδόν) and once with a grave accent (ὁδὸν). As seen above in other translation rings a lexeme is compared to a lexeme.
