I am totally geeked about many of my recent purchases, including various Baker products. However, I was quite disappointed to see indexing limited to page number. Can users influence works like these to be indexed in more detailed and enhanced ways (eg., topically)? Has a publisher ever enhanced their product on their own later on? Baker has good stuff. I would hope they catch the vision of how tagging/indexing them better will enhance their product usefulness and desirability. I expect no name publishers to go on the cheap. I do expect Baker to deliver better.
