Purchased books take several days to show in My Library?

One of the benefits of Logos used to be that one can order an electronic resource which becomes available in one's library almost immediately after purchase. However, since the second semester of 2024, new resources that I bought took several days to become available. Sometimes a resource show as being busy downloading but the process takes several hours, once I even had to send an email to Logos to inquire about an order, because no download started – no sign that I purchased some books. (Btw I do receive confirmation emails shortly after my orders, but the resource takes a long time te be 'delivered'.) Why do purchased books take several days to show in My Library? Does anyone else have the same problem?

Sorry you've been having problems; that would be very frustrating!
I've ordered several books in the last couple of weeks and they show up in my library within seconds, so it seems like there must be something else going on.0 -
If you go into "Program Settings" and scroll down to the section below, what do you have for the settings circled in red?
Also, have you tried typing "Update Now" in the go/command box at the top of the screen?
