The Contents of ESV Study Bible has errors.
e.g. Table of Contents -> The Old Testament -> Nehemiah
You will see that Chapter 3 and on are missing, which is still there on the desktop version.

Another eorr:
the image after Neh 3:9, which is the image of the City, will be too small to read, even on the iPad screen. So, there should be some feature such as pinch to enlarge.
This is the exact resolution one will see on the iPad (in portrait mode. It will be even smaller in landscape mode since it will divide the screen into two columns automatically.)
