Ethernet not recognized by Logos on Kindle Fire

I do not use wifi (and do not want to) to connect to the Internet. However, I noticed the last while that Logos has trouble connecting to the Internet via my ethernet connection. Other apps connect just fine. Interestingly, Logos will show some online content (or so it seems) like highlighted books on sale. However, it does not detect my library online and I am forced to work only with books I downloaded by selecting them for download in the desktop app. Some other online-only features do not work either (can't recall which just now).

It would be good to fix that for those of us who, for whatever reason, need to or prefer to use a wired connection.

@Francis Please send us your logs, so that we can investigate this further.

    1. Open the app.
    2. Tap the More icon (this icon has three horizontal lines).
    3. Tap "About".
    4. Press “Report a Problem”.
    5. A pre-addressed email will open with a log file attached automatically. Mark it "Attention: Joe". Press “Send” to send your report.
