BUG?: Random German Notification in Forums

Not a huge deal but to whom it may concern:
I got one random notification in German for the Forums. Not sure why. None of my Windows settings or software are in German and I haven't downloaded any German language packs so I don't know where that would have come from. When I click on the notification it takes me to a screen that's completely in English.
