Best way to search personal books

I recently have been creating personal books from Naked Bible Podcasts transcripts and was wondering what a preferred method of categorization might be:

By tagging

By creating a collection

By creating a series or any other suggestion. I'll be using the precise search.

Sounds like a great idea! If it were me, I'd put them all in the same series to start with (most specific level of categorization). Then I would include them in a searchable collection, quite likely including other resources in the collection as well (somewhat less specific). Finally, I would assign tags to them, grouping them with many other resources in a way that would fit into the general system of organization that I have implemented for my library as a whole (least specific level of categorization). So in short, I would do all three - but each level of categorization would have its own purpose.
