Any idea when the Logos 10 Legacy Libraries will be available?
So far, there have been no official announcements in relation to a timeframe for their release to the store. There will likely be emails and banners on Logos.com when they are made available - possibly an official post here in the Forums….
It is not a guarantee but the 9 legacy libraries were launched in June. A similar time would not surprise me.

Just recently - I'm guessing after an update - I started getting a desktop popup that says "Highlight Added." When it pops up, it stays up for a good 30 seconds before disappearing.
