Bug: Paged View must be toggled on startup to effect
Correct behaviour:
Logos 4 is set to start with my NET bible open in a separate pane. It is set to paged view and should be displaying two columns.
Actual Behaviour:
When I start L4, it looks like the first image below. The second shows that the paged view is set. Resizing the pane has no effect, only unsetting and then setting the toggle reverts the pane back to two column display shown in the third image below.

Clinton ~ Do you have another copy of the NET Bible open in a docked panel as well, with Paged View disabled, as in Steve's example?

I do have another copy open with the page view not set so this is the same as Steve's example.
