Sync book from mobile to Desktop

Hi I am reading a book at the minute on both android mobile and desktop, depending on where I am.

I sync both when I finish reading on that device, but when I go to the other device Is has not updated to the newly finished reading place.

Can sync not be done like this or am i missing something.

I currently have to highlight a couple of words then I hunt them down if I go onto the other device to read, which is a hassle but don't know any other way to find my place.

    Close the book after finishing a reading session. Logos does not change the location in an already open book, but will open to the last synced location when opening it again. I assume the reason is that in Logos people might want to be in different locations on different devices (especially for Bibles and commentaries/reference books). A suggestion would be to have Logos ask you or provide an option, if you want to switch to the last known location, similar to what the Kindle App does.

    I am also reading a number of Logos books on android device while having the same book also part of some layouts on the desktop Logos. It would be very usefull to have an option for syncing the already opened book to the last position, while for the reference books and Bibles to keep the current behavior.
