I assume you already looked at Settings > Hebrew Transliteration Format (6 choices). Not that.
But transcription key? Like in the interlinear, etc? Which source they use?
Logos Help manual has Transliteration information:
Search has untransliteration that shows Hebrew lemma & root possibilities for an English transliteration.

Just recently - I'm guessing after an update - I started getting a desktop popup that says "Highlight Added." When it pops up, it stays up for a good 30 seconds before disappearing.
