This Forum Software is Getting Really Old

I was answering a post (Ok, nothing to brag about!), and I wanted to reference another post containing information. So, I copy the other post, and past it into my new post.

And what happens? A massive big box with the usual snippet. So much for trying to make a (small) point. I can't imagine if I had more than 1 quote!

    I agree completely. There may be a way to quote a snippet of a prior post, but if so, I simply can't figure it out. This makes it a lot harder to keep a conversation focused, because you can't easily point to which specific part of a long post you're responding to.

    Instead of sharing the large box quote, another option would be to hyperlink text itself.

    Sr. Community Manager at Logos.
