BUG: On/Off Toggle for Multiple Book View Unchanged

I was remembering this morning that there was talk of adding a shortcut for Add parallel text. While none yet exists, I went to the imo vastly improved on/off functionality to remind myself that things are getting better… only to find that "Add parallel text" had been seemingly ignored.

Please expand the clickable zone to include the entire header of "Multiple Book View" under "Add parallel text", minus the buttons for vertical/horizontal orientation.

I think it might be helpful to NOT include the tiny space between these two buttons in the clickable zone. If one does indeed click here, it is more likely that one was aiming for one of the two buttons than that one was intending to toggle Multiple Book View on or off. Perhaps the boxes could be slightly expanded to eliminate this in-between space entirely and decrease the possibility of accidently toggling the switch when aiming for these buttons.
