I removed it and redownloaded it. Still happens.

I reported to Logos Support. They said it's a known problem with no ETA on a fix.

I can access it in the web app.

On Verbum/Mac 40.0.351, I opened it, scrolled all the way through it with no lockups.

Yes, it seems to be fixed.
