Sync purchased library on desktop with mobile app

Good morning, I purchased several titles for my Logos desktop. I primarily use the Logos app on my iPad. I can't seem to find a way to sync my desktop library with the mobile app. Is this feature not available. I don't know if it matters, I'm on a Windows 11 desktop and have the latest iPad update as of 1/31/25.

It should happen automatically as you purchase resources for your account not for an installation. How have you checked that the resources are not available for download on your iPad when you are logged into your account?

Hi MJ, Thank you for responding.

I verified my purchases are downloaded in my library on my Logos desktop app. I then signed out of my iPad app, and signed in again. It still shows 0 in my library, even after forcing sync. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Update; when I force sync on my iPad app, it circles for a minute, then shows a red exclamation in the sync symbol.

You are using the same account (log-in) on both accounts?

Forcing a sync should have no effect. The question is why is your i-pad not accessing the same licenses as you desktop.

Correct, I'm using the same login for both. Very strange.

A bizarre thought but is the iPad in airplane mode? or have you set a window on the time of the download as one can do on the desktop?

You are aware that you are using a different account in the forums than in your Logos account - at least I suspect that is what the "unconfirmed" beside your name means?

If not downloading and not syncing, the first thing I would check is Internet access. Even when your iPad is successfully connected to the Internet, however, your resources will not automatically download onto the device as they do on desktop. You have to go into your library and manually select the resources to download. It's also possible to queue resources to download onto the iPad from the desktop app.
