Pillar Hebrews Commentary

My Logos just downloaded the new Pillar Hebrews commentary.  The reindexer is crashing not allowing it to reindex. Please advise.

Update: this is on my home laptop which is running XP.  I restarted after I wrote this post, launched Logos again and the reindexing is working so far.

Please enable Diagnostic Logging (see link for how), restart Logos and attempt the reindexing again until it crashes. Then find the following log files in your Logos Log Files folder:  Logos4Crash.txt, Logos4Indexer.log, Logos4.log. Zip them together into one file to post here. See How to I "zip" my log files? and Uploading Logs for further info. If you can't find them all there, just post whichever ones you have.

EDIT: I just saw your update. If it's working so far, but you still have the Logos4Crash.txt from when it crashed, then post that. It might help the developers find a lurking bug. If it crashes again, do post the other log files before starting Logos again, because each restart will wipe out the log files from the previous session. Except the Logos4Crash.txt one which stays around until another crash happens.
