Can someone please update this wiki page https://community.logos.com/kb/articles/140-adding-toc-in-pbs? . Some images are lost and maybe it makes sense to update it anyway.

Same on https://community.logos.com/kb/articles/139-adding-footnotes-to-your-pb . Some images are lost and only a thumbnail is visible.

I’ve worked on these two pages and made the best of what I could. There are two images from the archives that could not be recovered, but I’ve left the instructions for those steps. Thank you, @Fabian.

May you check what I have wrote above with "and maybe it makes sense to update it anyway." So this means, it would be good do build them with an actual version new.
