Desktop App not opening

Hi there, I use Logos everyday, but this morning I tried to open it and it just flashed on the screen and disappeared. I restarted my computer and tried again. Same thing. I have windows (not sure what version) and not sure what version of Logos (also, not sure how to find those). Hoping someone here can help…

Thanks, Jack. I just downloaded logos again and now its working.
