Logos 4 on two macbooks ?

Hi ,

I have accessed my account on my second macbook and downloaded the software to the new laptop, however though the file has been downloaded, it wont open ? Any help would be greatly appreciated for this Logos4 and macbook neewbie!!

    Does your second mac book have an intel processor?

    Does the application get as far as your downloads folder?

    Does anything happen when you double click on the downloaded folder?

    Does the program appear in your Applications Folder?

    One other thing (that I did once) If you download the Windows installer it won't do anything on a MAC.  Could you have brought down the wrong program??

    Wonder if logging folder has any files ?

    Step 1A: Open Console application in Applications/Utilities folder, select Console Messages and save a copy into your logging folder prior to compressing and uploading.
