Thanks for your help, David.

I manage to download L4 over the weekend, but it downloaded 4.0aSR2 (4.10.4.6199).

It did open up again, but I did not want to go through the beta process.

Is it the beta? And if so, Is there anyway around it?

That is not the beta. It's the most recent stable release of the app.
