Sermon editor slide creation not working?

I'm using sermon editor for the first time, and am trying to create slides as I go.

It's producing nothing: I'm getting an outline properly, but when I press the 'add slides from selected text' button, nothing happens - at all.

I've tried various things from previous threads, and thought it was working for a second, but actually nothing has worked.

This is all on a PC, Max subscription.

    I think I can state with confidence that this is a bug. If you navigate to tools → media, do any slides show for you?

    I thought of another thing I tried earlier as I was trying to fix this. I went to Documents → Public → Filter Type: Sermon → Added one of the templates to my documents. I opened that up and eventually that in combination with playing around with the Media tool started to populate slides for me. It is difficult to specifically identify which of the many things I tried fixed it, as, now that things are working for me, I cannot reproduce the problem.

    Again, thanks, appreciate your help. Bizarrely, if I edit the template, it works; if I create my own sermon document, it doesn't… So I suppose this produces a useable workaround in the meantime, so thank you for making it possible for me to prep my sermon for Sunday!

    A very odd bug, though.
