Crash when entering a "nearly valid!" Precise Bible search in Logos 40.0 beta 2

I know the release notes for beta 2 have:
- Smart Search will crash when search terms contain incorrect Precise Search Syntax.
but I wasn't sure if this scenario was included so thought I'd mention it.
With the Bible Search window set to Smart searching I entered the search string:
speaker:jesus addressee:nicodemus and Logos crashed (log attached)
When I enter the same search string with the window set to Precise searching, Logos does not crash but tells me that the word jesus is an unknown data type value (and I recognise this is due to lack of capitalisation)

In the Web App, when the two persons are capitalised, Smart Search switches to Precise without crashing.

And the same is true on desktop.
I was just flagging the issue when the names are not capitalised.

This looks like the same crash in Smart Search in Bibles that's been reported a lot; it should be fixed in Beta 3.
