    I would advocate keeping in mind the distinction between accidental and intentional. With all of the recent changes, there are bound to be hiccups. How a company deals with those hiccups defines them more in my view than the hiccups themselves.

    I used mine already! Lots of resources and completed my NICOT newer volumes and revised Numbers commentary.
