Quick question. How much of a book can you copy and paste into another place (say a google doc or an obsidian document) from a logos resource for private use? I assume there’s a percentage or fair use guideline but Googling it doesn’t show me an answer. Does Logos limit it?

Could we get updated metadata information on the version of A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens? It currently shows that Faithlife published it in 1997. How do I get the words of Christ in Red in the NRSVue? It comes up automatically in the NIV 2011. I have the 'letters in red' in the general setup for Logos.

Does Logos Respond to Email or Ticket?
I sent email last year to sales support email address for some questions. No reply. Recently, I raised a ticket with Logos regarding change of plan (adding another year). No reply. Does Logos help customers via email or ticket at all? Thanks!
